ABOUT NEW AHS

Our Mission

To provide affordable housing solutions in Northeastern Wisconsin for those who are economically challenged.

Purpose Statement

To acquire, renovate and make properties available for rent at below fair market rental rates within Northeastern Wisconsin.

We Believe

  • All families deserve access to affordable housing.

  • A stable housing situation leads to a stable learning and earning environment.

  • In the value of life-long learning.

  • In operating with integrity, honesty and in an open and forth coming fashion, while meeting and exceeding all legal requirements.

NEW AHS was founded as a 501 c-3 organization for the express purpose of addressing the housing shortage in northeast Wisconsin.  The initial focus is on entry-level homes for families.  NEW AHS will purchase, renovate, and rent these properties to eligible families under fair market rental rates. This housing is not meant for student housing, investors, group homes, or other types of housing.  Our strategy is to start in Brown County and then expand to the surrounding counties based on our ability to successfully operate in those areas.
