At Northeastern Wisconsin Affordable Housing Solutions, founded on the belief that all families deserve access to affordable housing to maintain a basic lifestyle that will allow them to be productive members of society. Our 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization was founded on this belief, with the mission to provide affordable housing solutions to those in need. As current and former educators, we believe that a stable housing situation leads to a stable learning and earning environment, one of the key critical success factors in life.

Our Community

Unaffordable housing and homelessness have a cumulative impact on individuals and communities, disproportionately affecting low-income families, marginalized populations, and communities of color.

We purchase single-family homes, rehabilitate them, and offer them to families in need at rental rates below the fair market value. By doing so, we work to ensure that everyone has access to safe and affordable housing.

Our Purpose

To acquire, renovate and make properties available for rent at below fair market rental rates within Northeastern Wisconsin.

Programs

Our incentive program involves working with other agencies and organizations that offer various curriculums that will benefit our residents.  It is through these classes that our residents can learn financial and home management skills.
